If you think you have a bug,Virus, worm, Trojan or is it just running slower than finder then leave a new post and tell us what it is doing. Who knows maybe we can get it back up and run.

Hey, this sounds like you are describing me!! :D

Hey Finder! Question for ya, and anybody else that might have an idea...

Guess's computer keeps randomly rebooting when trying to play tfc. I have given him mine to play on (thats why I have not been on much), while I try to figure out the problem. I put in a new vid card a while back, it ran fine for maybe a month or 2, but now just reboots when trying to play tfc. I put in a new 500w power supply about a year ago--an enermax (good brand). The temps are fine. I was going to try and switch around both power supplies and see if that might be the problem. And, Rand suggested bios settings..I have yet to get.

Opinion please....

It could be your video card. I bought one and it worked for a while then started doing the same thing and it was only doing it when i was playing tfc. i put my old video card back in and it has been working great and not having any problems.

Hi Finz

If you would please not buy a vin card from a yard sale. They are almost as bad as getting one from Big K or Walmart. If you do get a new one don't let guesswho get a hold of it. He think that he can get rich form taking the gold off the leads of the card. lol

If you can try to get one with 256 or more memory on it. Try to stay away from off brands. buy new and not Refurbished.

Mine was a Nvidia Geforce too. I thought it would have been a better card then it turned out to be but it was a big waste of money. Then if you want to return it because you can't bring it back to the store for the warranty, you have to call and stay on hold for several hours to get a ticket number for the return. Then you mail it and the ticket number to them and they send you a new one that never shows up and the only way to call them is the same number you had and it does not have a live person to report it to.
